In February 2024 our project partnered with Lime Wood Primary School to run an outreach session for their reception classes.
Lime Wood Primary is a brand-new school in Erith which opened in September 2023. To celebrate the opening of the school and Chinese New Year 2024, members made a wooden dragon sculpture the children decorated with their handprints. This sculpture now sits in the atrium of the school permanently. Members also made mini dragons which the children worked in small groups to paint in the session.
